1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $15.00 flat rate for orders under $500.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $35.00 flat rate.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. UncleStore is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Note: Potential delays may occur due to high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

2. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@unclestore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@unclestore.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
